Seniors helping seniors.

Checking in or just chatting, Office Phoners help to provide social support and personal contact for seniors.

REFERRALS

Providing information for seniors and caregivers on topics such as; Home Care, Housing, Transportation, Medical Aids, Elder Abuse, Mental Health, and Physical Well Being.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Involving seniors in the community, encouraging their independence, and thereby improving quality of life.  What is life without the chance to talk with friends?

VISITATION

Outreach volunteers reach out to lonely, isolated, homebound seniors, offering support and guidance through difficult times and struggles.
