A variety of meditation techniques will be used to enhance our understanding of the Wisdom of the East and the West. Sufi Dhiker, Yoga and Quaker approaches and sacred intonation from mystical traditions–will be used to create a sense of joy, relaxation, tranquillity and contentment. Our goal is to seek wisdom, compassion, insightfulness and peace of mind.
